Yes! Monogramming is available on all Key Organiser Pros and Loop Keychains, as well as selected Key Organisers, for £5.50 in the UK.
Where is monogramming available?
Monogramming is currently available in the UK, but has been temporarily paused across the European Union due to recent changes to customs requirements for goods shipped from outside the EU.
This applies to:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia (Czech Republic), Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
If your delivery address is in the UK or another eligible region, simply visit the product page to check whether the item can be personalised. If so, you'll be able to add your initials before adding it to your cart.
How does monogramming work?
Our monogramming service is completed by hand using either blind debossing or gold foil. The monogramming style and placement for each product are shown on its product page.
You can personalise your item with up to 3 characters.
As each piece is personalised to order, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for our team to complete your monogramming before your order is dispatched.
Shipping for personalised orders
Monogrammed orders placed on orbitkey.eu are fulfilled from our international fulfilment centre in China rather than our local fulfilment centre.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 8-10 business days.
Can I return or exchange a personalised item?
As personalised items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives faulty or your monogramming is incorrect, simply contact our support team with a photo and we'll be happy to help.
Can I change the colour of the Locking Mechanism hardware?
Unfortunately, we're unable to swap the Locking Mechanism on our Key Organisers for a different colour.
