Free monogramming promotion
Offer period. Free monogramming is available from 18 August to 6 September 2026.
Eligible products. Free monogramming is available on all eligible Key Organisers, Key Organiser Pros, Loop Keychains and Key Organiser Gift Sets purchased during the Offer Period.
Eligible Key Organisers include:
- Leather Key Organiser
- Crazy Horse Leather Key Organiser
- Saffiano Leather Key Organiser
- Matte Leather Key Organiser
- Hybrid Leather Key Organiser

Monogramming. The offer applies to the monogramming fee only. No discount applies to the product price.
Monogramming must be selected when placing your order and is available for up to 3 capital letters.
The offer is available worldwide through Orbitkey online stores.
Shipping. Standard shipping fees, thresholds and delivery times apply. Please allow additional processing time for orders with monogramming.
Returns. Personalised or monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. If your item arrives faulty or the monogramming is incorrect, we'd be happy to replace it.
Conditions. Free monogramming ends on 6 September 2026. Monogramming will remain available after the promotion at the applicable monogramming fee.
The offer cannot be redeemed for cash or applied retrospectively to purchases made before the Offer Period.
Orbitkey reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion where reasonably necessary.

Acceptance.
By using/attempting to use the promotion code for an offer or make a purchase to redeem a Gift With Purchase, you agree to accept and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Offer period.
Promotions are available for a limited time only, as long as advertised on www.orbitkey.eu, as stated on the promotion coupon or otherwise advised.
Conditions.
Promotion/discount codes are not valid for cash or cash equivalent and are not redeemable to purchase Last Chance, Limited Edition and Collaboration items and digital gift cards.
Promotion/discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases or combined with other offers or discounts. Unique discount or promotion codes cannot be used during sitewide promotion periods unless specified otherwise.
Value and Mystery Bundle Terms.
Our Value Bundles and Mystery Bundles are carefully curated to offer you exceptional value and significant savings. Because of this special pricing, these bundles cannot be combined with additional offers or promotions.
Please be aware of the following conditions:
- Discount codes cannot be applied to Value or Mystery Bundles.
- Gift with Purchase promotions do not apply when ordering these bundles.
Redemption.
To redeem an offer during an Offer Period, enter the promotion code into the "gift card or discount code" box during the checkout process, purchase using an auto-applied code or select the promotion pop-up in your cart.
No discount codes are required to redeem Gift With Purchase promotions.
Shipping.
Promotional codes do not apply to shipping costs. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure postal details are correct.
Returns.
Returns and exchanges are subject to Orbitkey's return policy. If you return or seek a refund on any item purchased using a promotional offer, the value of the discount will not be refunded to you.
