At Orbitkey, we always appreciate the support of our community, and to show our gratitude, we are constantly giving back the best way we know how - giveaways with amazing brands that we know and love. We run giveaways every now and then so stay tuned or turn on your Instagram notifications so you don't miss out on the awesome prize packs!
Eligibility
Per Instagram and Facebook rules, our giveaway promotion is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering; entrants confirm that they are 18+ years of age, release Instagram and Facebook of responsibility, and agree to Meta Platforms, Inc.’s terms of use.
At any stage, Orbitkey may ask you to provide us with proof of age and/or identity. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture.
Employees of Orbitkey are not eligible to participate.
Date of giveaways
Our giveaways will start and end on the date specified on the Orbitkey Instagram and/or Facebook posts. Entries after the closing date will not be allowed.
How to enter
Our giveaway posts on Instagram and/or Facebook will explain the entry procedure. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the giveaways.
The winner(s)
Our giveaways are open worldwide (unless specified), and the winner(s) will be randomly selected. We usually pick our winners within 5 business days after the giveaway's closing date.
Orbitkey will only accept winning entries if they satisfy the giveaway entry requirements. After confirming that they have fulfilled the giveaway's entry requirements, they will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message, Facebook Message or email. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or do not claim their prize within 48 hours, Orbitkey reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick another winner. Orbitkey’s decision regarding all matters to do with our giveaways will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or third party.
Please note that Orbitkey's Instagram and Facebook are the only verified accounts for Orbitkey, and we won’t contact you from any other account.
We are aware of scam accounts, so please report/block their messages and requests and refrain from sharing personal information with them.
Prize
The winner(s) will receive all the products listed in the giveaway post on Instagram, Facebook or Gleam. Prizes are not transferable or refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Shipment
The winner(s) prizes will be shipped out from a warehouse that is nearest to them.
We ship from the United States (Utah), Australia (Melbourne), Netherlands, and Hong Kong:
- North and South America orders are shipped out from our Utah warehouse
- Australia and New Zealand orders from our Melbourne warehouse
- Europe orders from our Netherlands warehouse
- Rest of the world from our Hong Kong warehouse
After they have been shipped out, Orbitkey will share your tracking details so you can track their whereabouts.
Personal data
By entering, entrants agree to the Terms and Conditions and the official rules, including email communication and special offers from all participating brands.
The only personal information required for our giveaways is the entrant's full name, email address, mailing address, and contact number. Your personal information will be shared with all participating brands and safely stored in our databases.
If at any time you would like to opt out of our email communications, feel free to unsubscribe. Should you have any issues in doing so, please do not hesitate to email us.
Limitation of liability
By entering our giveaways, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Orbitkey, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with our giveaways or the acceptance of the prize.
