We have four websites catering for different regions in the following currencies:

Please note that most countries have tax included in the price. If not, you are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and all taxes that may apply to your order. For more information regarding shipping please see our Shipping and Delivery Section .

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. If we discover price errors, they will be corrected and applied to your order. Orbitkey reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted and accepted).

Shipping fees may apply for international shipments to the following regions - Europe, South America, Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

VAT for EU Customers

All prices displayed on the Orbitkey EU website include VAT. VAT is automatically applied at checkout for all orders shipped within the European Union.

Business Orders and VAT Exemption

Our online store is designed for retail (consumer) purchases and does not support VAT-exempt business transactions between EU-registered entities.

All orders placed through our website will include VAT, in line with EU consumer regulations. As our store operates as a retail channel, we’re unable to issue VAT-exclusive invoices or refund VAT once an order has been processed.

Please note that Orbitkey’s EU online store is intended for retail (consumer) orders only. We’re unable to process wholesale or business-to-business (B2B) transactions directly through this website.
