SECTION 5 - TWO YEAR WARRANTYUpdated a month ago

At Orbitkey, we want to build long-term relationships with our customers and will work to resolve any problems you might have with our product.

We offer a two-year limited warranty, beginning at the time of purchase (the “Warranty Period”), on all Orbitkey products sold. 

We warrant our products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, and failure or breakage of parts/full products that render them non-functional. 

This limited warranty only applies to damaged items, where a replacement unit of a similar price value will be sent out. If the replacement unit costs more, the additional cost will be the customer's responsibility. It does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, unauthorised modifications, or unreasonable use or neglect.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our team within 30 days of discovery, so we can help you repair or replace the part/full product with a full-functioning item. Please send us an image/video of the issue with a detailed explanation of what happened, and include your order ID/proof of purchase and the product batch code* in your email.
