Which tracking networks and devices is the Key Organiser Tracker compatible with?

The Key Organiser Tracker works natively with either Apple Find My or Google Find Hub, so you can use the tracking network that works with your device. No separate tracking app is required.

The tracker can only be connected to only one tracking network at a time. For example, once it’s connected to Apple Find My, you can view and locate it from your compatible Apple devices linked to your account. To use it with Google Find Hub instead, you’ll first need to remove it from Apple Find My and set it up with Google Find Hub.

Does the Key Organiser Tracker support Ultra Wideband (UWB)?

No, the Key Organiser Tracker does not use Ultra Wideband (UWB).

UWB is a technology available on some trackers that provides more precise nearby finding when used with a compatible phone. Both the tracker and phone need to support UWB for this feature to work.

The Key Organiser Tracker instead uses Bluetooth and either the Apple Find My or Google Find Hub network to help you locate your keys.

• Key Organiser Tracker: A Key Organiser with tracking built directly into it, so there’s no separate tracker to add. It works natively with Apple Find My or Google Find Hub and offers a rechargeable, all-in-one key organisation and tracking solution.
• Universal Tracker: A standalone, slim tracker you can add to a Key Organiser, bag, wallet, pouch, or other everyday carry item you already own. It offers the same core tracking features as the built-in tracker in the Key Organiser Tracker, including native support for Apple Find My and Google Find Hub.
• Tracker v2: Our previous standalone tracker, developed with Chipolo. It connects through the Chipolo app and uses a replaceable CR1632 coin cell battery.

Can I use the Universal Tracker to ring my phone?

You can use Apple Find My or Google Find Hub to make the Universal Tracker ring, but the tracker itself can’t be used to ring your phone.

The previous Tracker v2 supported this feature through the Chipolo app, but the Universal Tracker works directly with Apple Find My or Google Find Hub instead.

How loud is the Key Organiser Tracker?

The built-in speaker reaches a peak sound level of around 100 to 110 dBA when measured close to the buzzer, helping you locate your tracker when it’s nearby.
