Warranty Replacement

We put a lot of care into creating products you will love, backed by a no-fuss 2-year warranty starting from your purchase date. This warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, or parts that make your product non-functional during regular use. If something goes wrong, we will replace your item at no charge.

To make a claim, please send us a photo or video showing the issue, along with your order details and batch code. Once we have reviewed it, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out or process a refund directly to your original payment method.

Please note that warranty claims apply only to items purchased through our website or authorised retailers, with proof of purchase required.

Returns

Changed your mind or made an error during your purchase? No worries; we have all been there! You have 30 days from the purchase date to return items in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging and accessories. 

To initiate a return, please contact our team with photos of the product and packaging, and we will provide your RMA number and a return address. Please note that the original shipping cost of the order will not be refunded, and any return shipping fees will not be reimbursed or refunded.

We are unable to accept returns for personalised, monogrammed items. If you purchased an Orbitkey product from another retailer, please reach out to them directly. For pre-ordered or back-ordered products, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

We are also unable to refund foreign transaction or international processing fees associated with currency conversion on credit card transactions.
