Shipping location & fulfilment
We'll always try to ship your order from the nearest available location. Orders placed on orbitkey.eu are generally fulfilled from our local fulfilment centres in the UK and the Netherlands.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days, with tracking information sent within 24-48 hours after dispatch.
- Occasionally, your order may be dispatched from another fulfilment centre if it means we can get it to you sooner or if the item is currently in stock there. Either way, you'll receive your order as quickly as possible. Delivery typically takes 8–10 business days.
- If your order includes a pre-order item, we'll ship everything together once all items are available to help reduce our carbon footprint.
- If your order includes monogramming, it will be processed at our fulfilment centre in China before being dispatched. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing. Learn more about our monogramming service here.

Shipping time
UK deliveries typically take 2–5 business days via Royal Mail.
Orders across Europe will show live delivery estimates at checkout, based on your location, order details, and the warehouse from which your order is shipped. Delivery may take up to 30 days.
Do you provide Express shipping?
At this stage, we only offer express shipping in the UK (via DPD). Delivery can take between 1-3 working days.

How long does domestic shipping take?
Domestic standard shipping usually takes 3 -7 working days, depending on your location.
